Kompozure Ltd, headquartered in Helsinki Finland, joins Microsoft's global Cloud Development Programme. The purpose of the programme is to help enterprises adopt Microsoft Azure by building cloud native business applications in tight collaboration between the chosen partners and Microsoft.
“In 2016 there’s been a clear change in the cloud market. Enterprises hunger for new business models and streamlined processes, and this in turn is driving the shift in their cloud adoption strategies from IaaS to PaaS. We are very happy to deepen our collaboration with Microsoft and we are proud to be recognized as one of the Microsoft's key Azure development partners in Nordics.", states Sakari Nahi, CEO.
IDC estimates that PaaS will grow at a faster rate than IaaS and SaaS with a five-year CAGR over 30%*. When Forrester Consulting interviewed Azure PaaS customers they found out that migrating from IaaS to PaaS resulted in 466% ROI, 50% faster TTM and 80% IT Time Saved**.
"Kompozure is a natural choice for Microsoft to invest with our dedicated team of architects and business developers. They have focused on designing and building cloud apps on Azure PaaS since 2011. Their team of over 20 Azure developers has experience in building tens of demanding business solutions on Azure PaaS. This team lives and breathes lean cloud development", says Bernard Saïsse, Head of Partner Strategy and Partnership Development program for Microsoft Western Europe.
